• Christmas On Hold

After having just finished my first Christmas tour, I’ve learned something. In the process of spreading Christmas cheer around the country with my band, Christmas back home with my family had to be put on hold. The tour was amazing, and we had some of our best shows that I can remember. But the only downside was that I had to be apart from my girls for much of the month of December. All that to say, I am so glad to be home and reunited with Emily, Lulu and Delaney. Our last 2 shows were cancelled because of a crazy snow storm that closed all the highways. Sorry to the folks in Johnson City, TN, and Asheville, NC. We can’t wait to make it up to you.

I’m back in Nashville today, just made breakfast for everyone. Got a few more Christmas gifts to buy this week. But mostly, it’s just us getting our Christmas started. We have adopted 2 families this year, and are dropping off gifts for them this week as well. Don’t forget, only a few more days till Christmas. Keep giving, every chance you get.

There is someone around you who’s Christmas is on hold for one reason or another, and your act of kindness towards them could help them get their Christmas started!

Also, don’t forget to post your Christmas giving idea at our community -mw

Glad you got home safely…too bad about the concerts…but I’m sure your girls were happy to have you home :) Also did a little Christmas giving away today and the person doesn’t know it yet.

I am thankful you made it home safe. Maybe a live broadcast some other time? Enjoy those precious girls waiting at home for you.

I was in Ace Hardware and I saw a Snuggie for DOGS! Matthew, I am not making this up! Check it out; acehardware.com; do a snuggie search, and voila!

      Merry Jesus Christmas.
