    Congratulations to my friend, Author and speaker, Lysa Terkeurst, for spending like a million weeks on the NY Times Best Sellers list with her most recent book, Made To Crave.
     
    You need to check out this book, obviously everyone else is doing it! (That sounded like junior high peer pressure.) But seriously, Lisa has an incredible story, and a gift with words that God is using to reach women all across America grow closer in their relationship with Christ.       hey just stopping by to say thank you for letting yourself used by God. i was at the naperville IL concert in compass church. i was beyond blessed, crying like a baby the whole time. the whole weekend my eyes were puffy haha. But the Holy Spirit moved tremendously in my life that day. And i know by faith the healing has begun. i bought your cd and i believe i have heard family tree over 50 times lol.. reminds me that i am His. i met your awesome dad that day which hopefully i didnt scare when i went up for prayer lol he had told me the church that he pastored at in downers grove, but i forgot. Whats it called? im looking for a church.=]

      I have read the book and it is GREAT. It changed how I think about food. I am practicing everyday the principles she introduces.

      Will have to go check out the book (don’t worry, grew up in the city so didn’t have Junior High so no J.H. School peer pressure, but we had other ones..lol). Thanks for the recommendation, hoping that the blog you posted is an ecouragement to your friend Lysa!

      I love this book! I’m not overweight by any means, in fact God has blessed me with a wonderful body. This book has so much more to do with than food. It’s about a lifestyle that is God-honoring and filled with submission to God and walking in faith that God will provide the strength you need to make lifestyle changes so you can SERVE Him and His people better.

      Uh, more like less than 12 weeks on the NYT. It’s really all about craving Lysa’s books, DVD’s, and workbooks to line her pockets.

      The song, Through the Motions, has haunted me since I first heard it. Now I am reading Made to Crave. Put the two together…..I think I am allowing God to finally get through to me.

      I am in the middle of Lysa’s book and it is amazing! I love people like her and Matthew West who are not afraid to be themselves! God has definitely used both of these people to speak truths to me. Thank you both for allowing God to flow so freely through you! Keep it up and many blessings to you!

      Matthew, I’m listening to you on Klove today and you are so funny and inspiring all at the same time!
